Hyvä kirjekaveri,
anteeksi että viime kerrasta on hieman aikaa. Olen ollut niin innoissani touhuilemassa Mangessa etten ole muistanut bloggaillakaan!
Ravintolassa menee mukavasti, on ollut todella positiivinen yllätys saada näinkin paljon positiivista palautetta asiakkailtamme, ja kaiken lisäksi näyttää siltä että liikeideamme on kaupunkiin tervetullut.
Ruokalista vaihtuu 16.9, ja sen on määrä kestää 8 viikkoa. Uudet ideat kehiin ja menoksi vain! Testejä on jo tehty ja vaikuttaa hyvältä.
Uusia lehtijuttuja tulossa Jadeen sekä Elleen!

I’m deeply sorry that it’s been a while since I’ve last been blogging, I’ve been so exctatically working at Mange sud that I almost forgot to write about how everything is going!
Everything at the restaurant is fine, it’s going better than I could have wished for. We have been very lucky to have had so many customers, and happy customers, too! It so seems that the business idea is very welcome to this city!
We will change the menu on the 16th of September, we have been testing out the new dishes and everything looks good. That menu will be served for approximately 8 weeks.
